From Extremes to Equilibrium: The Neutral Path to Real Change

By Pakeerathan Nadarajah | For The Neutral Path & Mr. Mission’s Collectives

In today’s polarized world, much of humanity is trapped between two extremes — neither of which leads to true evolution. On one side are those who move too slowly, paralyzed by fear, suppression, and past traumas. On the other side are those who move too fast, rushing with greed, aggression, and domination. Both are out of rhythm. Both are out of balance. And both are missing the true path forward — the Neutral Path.

The Two Extremes: Fear & Force

Throughout history and in modern society, we see two dominant archetypes of imbalance:

  • The Suppressed & Silenced
These are individuals or communities who, due to colonization, racism, patriarchy, casteism, or class suppression, have been taught to be quiet, humble, and invisible. They fear rising because they were punished for trying. Their slowness is not a choice — it’s a survival mechanism. But staying there keeps them trapped.
  • The Dominators & Dashers
These are those who have gained power and try to secure more of it. They rush, push, dominate, and repeat the same patterns of oppression that others once used on them. They confuse speed with strength, greed with growth, and control with leadership. But this speed leads only to a new version of the same imbalance.

The False Change: Lion’s Cage to Tiger’s Cage

Many people mistake surface-level shifts for transformation. They move from one form of power to another — from being ruled by lions to being ruled by tigers. But domination is domination, whether it comes with a different flag, face, or philosophy. This is not real change. This is repackaged control.

What humanity truly needs is not a swap of power but a surrender to balance. We must rise beyond revenge, beyond reactive politics, beyond cycles of suppression.

The True Path: Middle Ground, Not Sides

The Neutral Path is not passive. It is not undecided. It is not weak. It is the most powerful position — because it holds the ability to:

  • Understand both extremes
  • Not be pulled by either
  • Convert chaos into rhythm
  • Channel emotion into purpose

Neutrality is not silence. It is clarity without bias. It is movement without manipulation. It is the space where the mind, body, and society can reset.

Supporting Local, Without Isolating Global

As a Resetter, I’ve always believed that change begins at home. In Canada, this means:

  • Supporting Canadian-made products
  • Strengthening our internal economy
  • Valuing local innovation over cheap dependency

But this is not nationalism in the traditional sense. This is not exclusion. This is rhythmic prioritization. First stabilize your root. Then open your branch.

We must cut the overextended umbilical cords — not to isolate, but to allow true elevation. When one becomes too attached or too dependent on external sources, growth is blocked. When one is too detached or ignored, unity is broken. The balance is to root ourselves first, then reconnect as equals — not as beggars or bullies.

Mr. Mission’s Collectives: Practice in Action

Through Mr. Mission’s Collectives, this philosophy becomes visible in every action:

  • We clean without judgment — no matter how dirty, broken, or “unseen” a space may be.
  • We serve all clients equally — whether it’s a small family or a big brokerage firm.
  • We elevate new immigrants, single parents, and quiet workers — by giving them training, dignity, and opportunity.
  • We choose Canadian suppliers first — not because others are bad, but because home must be stabilized before hospitality.

This is economic neutrality in practice — not run by ego, but guided by responsibility.

The Root Principle: Partnership, Not Performance

I do not see myself as a performer or a preacher. I am not a social media influencer. I am not a self-proclaimed guru. I am a partner in reset.

I do not dominate. I do not manipulate. I serve the energy, and I protect its rhythm.
I do not ask others to follow me blindly. I simply build systems that speak clearly.
I do not ask for titles. I ask only for balance, and for every being to find their place within it.

The Ultimate Evolution: Beyond Ethnicity, Power & Speed

If one ethnicity or country dominated us in the past, the answer is not to dominate them back. If one system harmed us before, the solution is not to copy their tactics. That is mirror revenge, not evolution.

Real change means becoming what they could not.
It means neutralizing their mistakes, not recycling them.
It means slowing down the fast and activating the slow, to bring both sides toward a rhythmic middle.

This middle ground is not static. It is alive with responsibility, fluid with motion, and stable with clarity.

Closing Note

The Neutral Path is not just a philosophy. It is a living blueprint for personal growth, family clarity, societal reform, and economic stability. Whether you’re cleaning a house, raising a child, or rebuilding a nation — the same principle applies:

Don’t rush. Don’t freeze. Reset. Balance. Elevate.

Let’s stop running from cage to cage. Let’s build the field where all beings can evolve.
